Kaiser Ingenieurbüro GmbH has been developing and producing mechatronic products in the medical technology, automotive, sensor technology and industrial engineering sectors for over 35 years. Outstanding references include the development of the first MP3 player (Micronas), the first generation of xenon light (Bosch) as well as the first portable D-network telephone (Hagenuk). Idea

We accompany you from the first minute. Do you have an idea? We help you to realize it!

Specification

We support you in the preparation of the specification sheet, in which all detailed requirements for the product are specified. It serves as a target concept for product development.

Concept

Based on your requirements, we develop solution variants for you and finally a product concept.

Construction

Using CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo Parametrics, we develop the product design.

Simulation

We test the performance of the design thoroughly using simulations. We perform flow, strength and dynamic simulations.

FMEA

A systematic risk analysis is part of product development. With the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) we find and evaluate potential causes of failure and thus increase the quality of the product.

Detailing

After construction, simulation and optimization we create detailed production drawings for you.

Prototyping

We manufacture functional prototypes in our in-house prototype construction department, with which we test the desired functionality for you.

Pilot series

In the pilot series, the later manufacturing processes of series production are already applied in order to carry out a final, extensive testing of the product.

Qualification

We also support you in product qualification! We comply with standards and regulations as well as specifications and provide documented proof of this.

Series

In addition to product development, we also offer consulting for subsequent series production or produce for you in small and medium series.
