We construct and manufacture your tools for prototype construction and small series with our own mold construction. Your requirements are consistently converted into a safe tool design and validated with the aid of various simulation procedures.

In the construction we work with the powerful 3D tool Creo. In order to meet all customer requirements, we can process all common program data, such as Catia and Inventor.

Our experienced tool designers consistently implement your requirements into a "safe" tool design. If necessary, this tool design is examined in advance by filling and flow simulation or by distortion simulation. If we work based on your tool data, our service also includes the verification of the data for production or plastic conformity.

3eck24We offer the special hot melt potting for electrical and electronic applications. We encapsulate circuit boards and plugs, seal cables and thus protect your electronic components and connections from external influences such as water, dust or heat.
