Kaiser receives TOP 100 award

Medium-sized company impresses in innovation competition / Scientific selection procedure passed

Endingen - Award-winning innovativeness: We have received the TOP 100 award 2021 of the innovative competition. This award honors particulary innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in Germany - and has now been presented for the 28th time. Previously, Kaiser had proven its innovative strenth in a scientific selection process.

On behalf of compamedia, the organizer of the TOP 100 innovation competition, innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke and his team examined the innovative strength of Kaiser Ingenieurbüro GmbH. The researchers used around 120 test criteria from five categories as a basis: Innovation-promoting top management, innovation climate, innovative processes and organization, external orientation/open innovation and innovation success. The core question is whether innovations are the result of a planned approach or a product of chance, i.e., the repeatability of innovation performance. And it is also about whether and how the corresponding solutions succeed on the market (further information on the test criteria can be found at www.top100.de/pruefkriterien). In view of the current situation, this round also included a special section examining the corporate response to the Corona crisis.

The Top 100 award is a huge success for us. It is the reward for the innovative work we have done over the years with "heart and soul and passion", which has now been put to the test by a renowned organization and has come off very well.

Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, the scientific director of TOP 100, is impressed by the award-winning medium-sized companies. "The TOP 100 companies have consistently focused on being as innovative as possible," he notes.

On November 26, there will be another reason to celebrate: Then all award winners of the current TOP 100 year will come together to receive congratulations from Ranga Yogeshwar at the 7th German SME Summit in Ludwigsburg. The science journalist has been mentoring the innovation competition for ten years.
